6 months this week. Go baby Lee.

So our little baby Lee is already 6 months  this week.  (tomorrow) Woot.  Kevin took some pictures of Lee for me about a month ago. And...we're just getting to them.  So, here they are. :) I hope you all are enjoying this rainy, cold Wednesday too.

Happy 1/2 birthday to Lee Daken.  He is so much fun right now. He chatters all the time, sits up a lot, still hates tummy time, throws some tantrums, loves his "solid" foods, laughs at all of Kevin's jokes and is generally thrilled for any attention from his Momma and Papa.

Lee and I have little adventures and milestones every day.  Lately we've spent a few weekends with my parents while Kevin has been out in the desert near Wendover gathering core samples for his Geology thesis. It's been fun to spend time with them, especially since we'll be moving far away once graduation rolls around.  For now we are LOVING being close and having time with them.

1. catching some zzz's with Grandma. 2. chillin' with uncle Dave.   3. snuggles with Grandpa. 4. peek-a-boo with Papa. (we're SO glad when Daddy comes home!) 5. lounging and chatting with Grandpa. 6. stolen pudding spoon. (no pudding yet...Dave.) 7. cousin time: with cousin Chloe. (she is almost exactly two months younger than Lee) 8. uncle Scott's favorite cookies at his belated birthday bash. 9. tuckered out bobble head. :) 10. starting young with his ukulele skills. (and the birth of Lee's theme song by uncle Dave...VERY catchy..."well, baby Lee...") 11. chewing on some green bell pepper.  (Lee loved it..and drooled all over me.) 12. nearly naked conference time with uncle Matty. (nothing better than a baby in a diaper.) 13. more conference with uncle Dave. 14. saying "hi" to Papa during his school day. 15. getting really close to sitting up on his own. 16. all "growed" up.  17. fall fav outfit. 18. enjoying the fall mountains near our house while Papa does 'Friends of Scouting'. 19. the end of a beautiful hike just above our house to Escalante's Cross. 20. bath time.

Fall=snuggles

I have always loved a baby in snugly clothes and thus, I am loving the baby Lee in this snugly today.
(My obsession with fall (and b.l.) is apparent, I know. )

I had my first cup of Bengal Spice tea today. My favorite. *sigh* I love fall.

        *Lee was blessed in our church at the beginning of September.  It was wonderful, both Kevin and I had loads of family come to support, thank you all! I didn't even get to talk to half of you it feels like.  We appreciate your love and support.
