Our kids really enjoyed Halloween this year, from turning on Franklin (our friendly inflatable ghost) and our lights each night, to carving pumpkins, wearing costumes to trunk or treats, festivals and out around the neighborhood with their cousins and of course eating candy.
I've got to say that a holiday I've never really cared about has really grown on me with my kids' enjoyment. And you can't beat that Southern hospitality here, most people set up and decorate tables in their driveways and sit and chat with everyone as they come around to trick or treat, it's such a fun community feeling. I absolutely love it.
