sitting down to eat. |
This year marked our first ever hosting for
Thanksgiving. Kevin’s parents and
his cousin and his family were able to join us for the festivities. I was kind of worried about the
logistics of making that kind of meal for the first time but everyone did a lot
and it wasn’t nearly as bad as I thought it would be.
We started our meal out with Hungarian sour cherry soup. All the food was delicious, (though I didn’t get to
photo document it all the way I wanted) Kevin’s first ever turkey was gourmet
and the best tasting I can remember eating. We had a great time enjoying lights
and music down near the waterway in city center where we live.
What a beautiful Thanksgiving! And I love your pants. Your style always inspires me because of your confidence. I wish I could be brave enough. The food all looks amazing too. Yum!
ReplyDeleteThank you Shirley, super sweet of you, as usual.
DeleteAnd thank you, I feel like I rarely "get dressed" these days but I still love clothes. And of course you can be "brave enough" to wear what "speaks to you" whatever it is, if you like it wear it with confidence. :) And good gravy, you'd look awesome in some salmon colored pants to be sure.
